4These have assisted my train very well as I find that my wrist strength does not match my arm strength. The material is very good quality and definitely good for the price. I am happy with this product and would highly recommend

5Big and long straps.i use them every time i train my shoulder and my back. it really gives you a good grip to the bar while doing shrugs,deadlifts and rows.it allowes you to go even heavier than normal because if you use them the right way your hands become one with the bar.Goes Well With:lifting heavy

Myprotein Padded Lifting Straps
5So the straps are ok in principle , great quality and they do indeed help my grip . The only issue is they are too wide in my opinion . When I tighten them on the wrists , after a hard set with big volume ( like 20 reps + of T-bar rows for example ) they leave your wrist scratched , red and hurting .Goes Well With:Haven't tried anything else yet .
