Good shaker
4The shaker looks good and is taller/thinner than some so makes it easy to hold and shake (5ft1 female with tiny hands!) Mixes my clear impact whey protein well with the metal ball, much better than my old one with the plastic insert. It can be a little difficult to see how much water is in there due to the black colour but not impossible, I don't use milk but I imagine it would be a lot easier to see. The cap is a little tight but it does ease off after opening a couple of times. Try to hold the end opposite the lip as you open as I've had another branded shaker with a tight cap that split at the two arm because it couldn't take the pressure. The graphics aren't important to me as I usually use it in the car after the gym so noone sees it. But 'lift' wouldn't have been my first choice haha. Bought when on offer so total bargain. 5Its a very aesthetically pleasing shaker, and its sturdy too! It shakes up my protein shakes well and doesn't affect the taste of it. It washes well and the design doesn't come off once it has been washed

Shaker bottle
4It is extremely high quality with it putting up with my daily use and not cracking unlike my previous shakers from other brands. The graphics on the shaker have not came off or became damaged. It is quite durable to not have any damage even though it goes through many hard things with my daily activities
