Perfect
5Couldn't get on with regular straps. These were so easy to put on the bar, give a solid hold and added 10kg to my deadlift PB. Wont use them all the time but great for heavier lifts or when your hands are fatigued but you still have more to lift. Worked really nicely for one arm rows too. Strong, comfortable, well made, wish I'd found them ages ago.

Figure 8 straps
5I have found these straps to be very beneficial. At present I have only used them for deadlifts and bent over rows, but, they really do work and I have found I am able to lift around 40kg more! One thing I haven't tried them with yet is dumbells. Not sure how I will be able to get the strap over using only one hand. I'm sure there is a way. Maybe trial and error to get a technique going. Overall the figure 8 straps are very comfortable and work well.

Improved Performance
5I've used the Myprotein Figure 8 Straps 3 times since purchase. I found them very comfortable to wear. They're just the right size for my wrists, and seem very strong and sturdy. I'm using them for my pulldown and bentover row, and my deadlift power has increased at least 15%. I wouldn't rely on them too heavily as grip strength may suffer for it, but it's an absolute gem when it comes to big lifts.Goes Well With:Deadlifts, Bentover Rows, Pulldowns, Shrugs

4These Myprotein Figure 8 Straps are well worth buying. When I use my normal straps for gym work, the strap that curls in my palm makes the grip thicker and costing me a few reps, but these figure 8 straps have cut that out.

5After using normal straps for a while I thought I would give the Myprotein Figure 8 Straps a go. I found them to be a lot easier to set up for use as you can use both hands to get them onto the bar then slide them to your width of grip required, when using a wide bar for say a lat pull down machine just put them on then slid over each end of the bar when/if required. The only possible drawback I can think off is if you had a sudden need to release the weight it can not be done the same way as traditional straps i.e. just let go and they unravel. These straps need the weight to be taken off the straps so you can slide your hands out.

5These Myprotein Figure 8 Straps are a great item, and excellent for doing pulling exercises like lat pull downs or single arm tricep extensions. These are good quality and a cheap price.

Figure 8 lifting straps
5After a research on internet I decided to buy Figure 8 lifting straps. And I couldn't do better. If you do dead lifts or bent over rows you won't lose your grip anymore. It will give you a freedom of movement but also a security if you loose your grip. They are made from good material with padding and will move you to the next step with your weight and exercise. These are highly recommended.
