Let me be straight, this will not make you lose weight. However it may aid your weight loss in the sense it does help to minimise cravings. The taste is kinda nice, my brother loved it and my mum wasn't a fan, it depends on the person it's like an apply gelatinous taste. It smells weird but it's normal so don't worry yours hasn't gone bad.
