Healthy Breakfast Ideas | Green Chia & Mint Smoothie Recipe


Our deliciously creamy Green Chia & Mint Smoothie recipe is a brilliant kick start to the day. Adding our Total Nutri-Greens Plus packs in 35 different superfood extracts – making it perfect for a nutritional boost!


  • 1/2 scoop Total Nutrigreens Plus
  • 5 g Organic Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 Small Banana (Frozen)
  • 12 g Green Grapes
  • 3 Mint Leaves
  • 100 ml Almond Milk
  • 1/2 cup Spinach


  1. Set aside half of the chia seeds.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth. You may need to add extra milk to reach your preferred consistency.

  4. Pour out the mixture and sprinkle it with the remaining chia seeds.
