Our deliciously creamy Green Chia & Mint Smoothie recipe is a brilliant kick start to the day. Adding our Total Nutri-Greens Plus packs in 35 different superfood extracts – making it perfect for a nutritional boost!


1/2 small scoop Total Nutri Greens Plus

5g Organic Chia Seeds

1/2 Small Banana (Frozen)

12g Green Grapes

3 Mint Leaves

100ml Almond milk

1/2 cup Spinach


1) To a food blender add all ingredients – saving half the chia seeds to one side.

2) Blend until smooth, you may need to add extra milk to reach your preferred consistency.

3) Pour and sprinkle with chia seeds.
