Excellent
5Excellent value for money, this stuff mixes great and gives me the extra kick whilst at the gym. I use this as an intra workout shake and also throughout the day if i need a pickmeup.

5This stuff is top notch. Felt like I could wrestle a gorilla and eat a horse alive 5 mins after ingesting the forsaken powder. Heart started to beat faster than a year 8 going through puberty. Banged my head off a locker immediately after but shrugged it off as I had already went into beast mode. 10/10 would recommend Goes Well With:My throat

1It’s disgusting, with very little effect. Definitely do not recommend, I suggest MyProtein taste its products before selling them.

If you like drinking curry....
1Disgusting... it smells like a curry paste and tastes like it.. the peach and mango flavour is the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth.. couldn't finish it so can't tell you the effects it has tbh.. even tried adding juice,, still vile, my whole room smelled of the stuff, now I have a whole pot that I don't know what to do with? What a waste. Whoever says it's nice is either lying or I have a bad batch... never again.Goes Well With:The bin

This tastes awful
1This product makes you want to gag as you drink it. The taste is awful. Very disappointed Goes Well With:Washed down the sink and the recycling bin.

Perfect for that mid afternoon lull
4Tend to find on a workout day (Mid morning session) that by mid afternoon I especially lack energy and focus. Is perfect for a bit of a pick me up or a post workout slap in the face. Like absolutely any of these types of products you can taste the artificial stuff and is sickly and sweet but see it off and you're golden. Best bit of advice is definitely don't use it in your usual shaker as using it once it will just forever make the bottle and cap stink of the stuff and no amount of washing gets it off. It mixes perfectly well in just a glass with a spoon with zero bits.Goes Well With:Water, Boring/slow day in the office

Gives you a boost
5My workouts are usually done kinda early or just after work, either way I’m pretty knackered. This gives me a needed boost of energy before my workout. Tastes not bad either!

Works great.
5This does exactly what it says and is great for a pre workout or a replacement for coffee in a morning. I use before work and before training and don't feel any soreness anymore. The only problem I had was I purchased the tropical flavour and in all honesty it tasted just like lemsip so not very nice. Maybe it was a bad batch but still didn't put me off. Will be trying the other flavours to see which is my favourite. Goes Well With:Water

Avoid the Watermelon flavour!
1I was really excited to try this, with the hope it would help fuel my early morning workouts... I had one sip and nearly vomited! Absolutely vile, I can only describe the taste as battery acid (not exaggerating). Very disappointed. Goes Well With:The bin.
