Convenient and nice kick
5Super convenient, no mixing powder before the gym and getting it everywhere. Tastes great and good strength, and balance of ingredients. The beta-alanine content is just the right amount to feel it working, but not enough to feel like fire ants over your skin. 5*

Not as good as The Pre-workout
4I would normally go for the pre-workout which has 300mg of caffeine in but that is out of stock so frequently that I get this as the next best thing and it is the next best thing. The taste is great and better than any powder that pre-workout that I've tasted especially from My Protein. With caffeine levels of 220mg this is the highest caffeine content on the My Protein website next to The Pre-Workout. This I would highly recommend for combined flavour and pump that it can give you.Goes Well With:I've not mixed it with anything so could not comment on its mixability.

The best pre-workout gel
5I love these pre-workout gels. I have tried various other brands but these are definitely the best. They work in about 15mins. I certainly notice a difference when weight training, I have more stamina and can get a few more heavier reps out. These are also fantastic for running and cardio classes. I can easily do 90 mins of running or cardio before I feel my energy dip. The gel means it’s very handy to put in your pocket and if need be, take when running. The gel also means no toilet stops (which you tend to get with the drink). Taste is ok, not amazing but not offensive. Just ok. Contains amino acids too. Good value for money.

Lovely little boost
5Love the pre workout gel. I prefer the tropical taste. About 20 mins in can feel the buzz makes my face feel funny for a min but then is fine. Can really notice the difference in my work out too Goes Well With:On its own

Tangy
5I've ordered these a few times now. Conveniently pre made (no mixing needed like the powder ones). They give a good boost but they are very sour. Goes Well With:On their own.
