These are great tasting high quality cashew nuts, i find they make a great alternative to almonds or peanuts and provide great healthy fats as well as a range of essential micronutrients, these work well to add in clean calories when looking to add lean mass due to being a calorie dense food source, they also work well when used in combination with berries as a topping for some protein dessert or protein porridge or mixed with banana and used as an awesome topping on some golden syrup high protein pancakes. Love cashews and these do the job perfectly. Would be good if the packet was recloseable, but other than that these are perfect. I weight out a 20g portion for work every day and are a great filling snack.
