1Quite possibly the worst shake I have ever tasted. Chocolate diet meal replacement. Let me start please by saying I will also be reviewing the choc mint protein shake and giving it top marks, but this was something else. I still feel like maybe I had left some fish bones festering in the shaker overnight.... On the positive side it mixes very well, but that is as far as it goes. It's all I have bought with me to work, so knew I had to finish it. Possibly the hardest thing I have ever forced myself to consume. I know looking at all the glowing reviews I am in a minority, but this was awful. I kept getting a taste / smell of melting plastic (checked shaker, not melted!). I ended up holding my nose and forcing it down. Not for me. Goes Well With:The bin.

Lovely taste
5This tastes amazing I bought vanilla and it really filling! I only use it to replace breakfast, can't see any changes yet as I've only had it a couple of week but it stops me snacking until dinner time!

4The strawberry flavour is lovely, however, the banana flower has a not so nice after taste so I won't be buying that flavour again.

5I ordered both strawberry and vanilla and they are both lovely. Good flavours and keep you full up until the next meal

Actually works
5I started off the New Year needing to shift a few (a lot) of extra pounds. To do this, I decided to use shakes instead of food. I must say, so far, it works. I have 2 of these a day with water not milk, and to date I have lost 9lb in 2 weeks. I have a balanced low calorie balanced meal in the evening so i'm not completely voiding my body of food. The mixture itself is nice and thick with water and to be honest it's not needed with milk. Milk just bumps the calorie content up. So all in all, it does work. Keeps you feeling full for a good 3 hours +. I purchased strawberry and vanilla flavours and the only real disappointment is the vanilla. I find it far too sickly to drink, to the point where I think I can actually taste the sugar in the mixture. It's barely drinkable for me. The strawberry however is lovely. I would prefer these to have a lower sugar content myself, but will continue to buy whilst I'm still losing that Christmas weight we all want to lose.Goes Well With:Blueberries, a few oats

Great taste and good on the go
5I'm overweight and have been using this for 4 months. I've lost 26kg with this for breakfast and snacks followed through with a carb free diet and exercise daily. Vanilla taste OK but the strawberry is the bomb! Love it and looking forward to this being back in stock. Easy to mix, not too liquidity eitherGoes Well With:A banana on the side for breakfast

Chocolate meal replacement
4I bought the chocolate meal replacement and I have been using it for a few days to replace 1 meal. The powder mixes really well. The shake leaves me full for ages. I do like the chocolate taste but it is very very sweet. I would buy again and try I different flavours.Goes Well With:Almond milk

5These shakes are soooo nice! Maybe slightly too sweet tho but are very nice as a low calorie meal replacement! Even better when they are on offer!Goes Well With:Water
