Great boost
5I suffer with insomnia and take magnesium and theanine to help sleep. However I always wake up feeling so fatigued and tired that I don't have the motivation or energy to work out. I take these along with caffeine and they give me such a boost! I feel more energised and pumped up for an intense workout! Be careful though as it can raise your heart rate and can cause sleep problems if you take too much.

5The product is a good addition to my ssri, i take with one scoop of l thiopyran before before in water, seems to make a world of difference to my well being whether its placebo effect or not , but great little product

Much better than capsules
5I have been taking L-tyrosine capsules for a while and came across this powder as a cost-effective alternative. I was a bit worried about taste and ease of use. It mixes instantly with a half glass of water, comes with a tiny scoop and has no discernible taste. Very easy to use and effective, will buy again. I decanted it into my old tub of capsules for ease of storage as it comes in a plastic bag. Goes Well With:water

5It’s tasteless rather than unflavoured. I mix it in my usual shaker and drink after shaking for a few minutes. Mixes well and is just like drinking water that looks a bit cloudy. Takes about half an hour to kick in and works well when taken consistently over weeks. One in the morning and one in the evening. Not before bed because you will miss the benefits by being asleep. Goes Well With:Water

Great for Concentration
5I got this to manage concentration and restlessness related to ADHD. 1500mg morning and lunch dissolved in water/juice. A bit powdery, but no real taste to speak of. Great combo with 5HTP, really good instant results for getting boring stuff done at work and home.Goes Well With:5HTP

5This product was recommended to me by my nutritionist when asking about preworkouts as I really don't like that "buzzing" (wired/ shakey) feeling you can get with some preworkouts. I really like this! I take it before my workouts and also being a shift worker I sometimes take it on my early starts to give me that pick me up. I feel it gives me enough of a boost to get me going during my workouts and as others have stated its a good mood booster without suffering the come up buzz and come down slump/ shakes when it wears off. I use this with green tea extract powder as a pre-workout and it works perfectly for me. I mix it with juice and taste is okay. Just get it down you and go! :-)Goes Well With:Green tea extract powder
