A little goes a long way
5I have been using the shots for a month, the taste is a sharp orange flavour which is nice but sometimes I add it too a glass of water. 1 shot prior to my workouts as it gives me an energy boost, I can train longer so they have definitely improved My endurance. My diet isn’t fully clean but I have lost 2 inches from my stomach and back area. I also use the My protein meal replacement shake and replace my evening meals 3 days per week. For a sugar fix I eat protein wafers.Goes Well With:Water and an active lifestyle

A real hidden gem
5Been using the shots for a few weeks now. I have the orange flavour, the taste is incredible and the stuff is working wonders for me. Currently cutting down but trying to keep as much mass as possible. Since adding the shots into my nutrition my pumps during workouts have become much more intense and fuller. My endurance has improved considerably and my energy at the end of each session has greatly improved. Easy to drink and they act as a good thermogenic too to help get that sweat on. I would highly reccomend this product. Goes Well With:Drink straight from the bottle or mix with water to lessen the flavour.

Great, but confusing
4I bought these to enhance my performance when playing squash. The shots really worked for me as when I'd run out and not re-ordered I noticed a significant difference in my both my energy levels and endurance when playing a five-set match. What I find confusing is that the label on the shots recommends their use after workouts, yet the Myprotein website recommends consuming 45 mins to 1 hour before a workout! As another reviewer commented it is difficult to open the shots as they so well wrapped and require scissors or a sharp knife to open. A simple pull tap would be a good solution. Nonetheless, I have re-ordered.

Great l carnitine amount
4The packaging was awful, box was opened. Lemon flavor tastes nice, I'm happy about carnitine content, it's about 4 g per bottle, for faster fat burning. Gives more energy during morning cardio.

Excellent product
5Excellent thermogenic effect, I take it immediately after my training and I can actually feel my body temperature increase, and I imagine how more efficient the afterburn is (after my exercise routine). The lemon flavor taste great, not too sour and not too sweet, no imperative need to drink water afterwards.Goes Well With:Water

5These are great for anyone looking for that extra bit of oomph or to get more reps done than normal! I take one about 45mins before my workout and am raring to go, Go on give them a try.

5Both flavours are fine, considering l-carnitine is usually disgusting to taste in powder/pill form they did a good job! I order these regularly now much easier to consume your full days worth in one go! It helps my recovery after a heavy workout

5These are extremely effective for endurance and recovery. As a power lifter I have so far found the shots far better to take before or during my workouts rather than after. My Son also an accomplished competitive power lifter with world titles has found the results similar and will definitely use these shots on a regular basis. Good one Myprotein!Goes Well With:Siberian ginseng, Rhodiola root and Coleus forskohlii which also has an effect on ATP

Surprised
5Almost 4times stronger than the capsules for a start. I thought the taste was going be dodgy but was pleasantly surprised. Easy to take post-gym as its in a bottle ready. Within a week I noticed my skin got a lot more elastic thanks to fat burning off. Could be due to the 3.9mg of L-Carnitine! I brought two more boxes since. Love it!Goes Well With:A hard gym session.
