No effect
1These had no effect on me what's so ever. I brought them as I felt like I was having to drink too much before my workout with using the powdered pre workout and having bcaa's during meaning I always had to use the toilet. I always felt a buzz using the powder and like I said before these tablets had no effect on me and I will go back to the pre straight away Goes Well With:Water

1Purchased these capsules, and I have to say, for me, they did nothing. I was quite surprised as I have used myprotein for some time now and I have grown to trust their products, as I have had no issues with my usual products. I purchased these in order to battle fatigue caused by shift work, swaying from nights and days on a busy admission ward. I never expected miracles from these capsules, however I did expect some sort of 'boost' during a night or as a waking aid when converting to days. I'm afraid to say, and much my disappointment, these are inadequate for my lifestyle and for purpose of my needs. Quite frankly, a waste of money. A strong coffee and a disposable energy tab is much more effective and better value for money.Goes Well With:Nothing.

Great pick me ups
3These are great for that extra little kick when going to the gym, for those who wish to avoid pre workout these are a great alternative, I even sometimes take them before revising.

Very good
5Help to keep alert and focus as the name says. Help me during my long hours shift in busy care home (I am care assistant) and definitely help with my workout when I do my exercises at home on my day off. Bring good mood and help with "get up and go" when don't feel like it. I feel better. Using these capsules for over a month, this is my 3th purchase and will buy more in the future, unless will try something different because I get feel that my body get used to it and effctiveness level going down as I taking them 2tablets 2 times a day. I recently changed my coffee for decaff to improve tablets works. Now I need to take 3 capsules before work out to give that "kick" and 2 tablets on a daily basic to keep me "on the go". Very good product and good value for money. And very quick delivery by yodel , MP - you are the best! Thank you.Goes Well With:Water, smoothie before workout

Pre-workout
5Just a line to recommend these capsules. I'm on a strength program training 3 days weekly and do not take any pre-training supplements or powder-form pre-workout. I take these capsules as recommended and around 45 minutes later start my training. The difference in exertion (6 months training without these capsules as against training with them) is noticeable and in my opinion not a placebo effect. I have also noticed that recovery is faster and soreness vastly reduced. These capsules taken on one's workout day as prescribed are sufficient. I'll certainly buy them again. Best, Jason.

5Very good product, helps going through workout more focused thanks to taurine. Could contain more caffeine but you can add it by yourself. Will buy again. Goes Well With:Caffeine, beta alanine, creatine,water.

5These tablets are great. I take one a day just about 30 mins before the gym. I am able to push myself to my limits more than I used to be able to do and they give me great energy to do so Goes Well With:True whey protein
