A convenient way to add protein to your day
4Efficacy of Branched Chain Amino Acids aside, this product is a very easy and tasty, yet expensive way to add protein to your diet. The powder is a lot more flour-ey in consistency compared to the comparatively dense whey. If touched, it'll easily coat and stick to your hands, and it's easily agitated by movement and air. This was particularly tricky when trying to grab the scoop out, as it settled close to the bottom! Despite what the description says, a small 2.2g scoop is included (same size as the creatine one). It doesn't give a recommended amount of water to add the scoops to. But I've found that 250ml per 2 scoops gives a decent yet mild flavour. Due to the aforementioned mining of the scoop, I've also discovered the powder tastes quite good neat, licked off my finger. The best comparison I can give to flavour is a weak Robinson's Apple and Blackcurrant. The only thing that puts me off is the colour - looks like a hell of a lot of beetroot red is in there! If you want a portable source of easy protein, it's very convenient to carry mixed in a regular water bottle. It's not thick at all like normal whey shakes, and no one would be able to tell whether it was regular squash or not. If Branched Chain Amino Acids marketing wasn't so overhyped this product would be cheaper and more viable for wide use. At the moment you're paying for convenience. Goes Well With:Water

4Can honestly say that combining Branched Chain Amino Acids, with Thermopure CLA, Whey Protein isolate and a healthy diet has contributed to my body fat reducing from 26.4% to 24.3 % my weight has remained the same however there has been a significant increase in muscle mass and strength. Not the best tasting product I will probably opt for the tablets next time.

5I have only given "effectiveness" a 3 because I have not used any of these products before, being new to the supplement world. The recommendation came from my PT after a body test and analysed my day-to-day routine and suggested this product as an addition to the Whey Protein. Goes Well With:Whey Protein in either milk or water....come to that, yogurt too.

GREAT FOR FAT LOSS
5This product is absolutely fantastic for intermittent fasting, whilst drinking this through out the day, it helps stop me form feeling hungry, since i do not eat until 12:00 at the earliest. it is also great for intra-workout (whilst exercising) since it helps replenish lost amino acids from exercising. I would recommend having 4 heaped scoops in a full blender bottle (600ml - 700ml). I also recommend having 1 heaped scoop in 100ml of water with 1 even scoop of pure caffeine (smallest scoop 290mg) pre-workout for a real buzz and pump in the gymGoes Well With:water caffeine intermittent fasting

cheap, smooth, effective
5Pretty much going to base this review mostly on taste and how well it dissolves. To put it straight, this is the best branched chain amino acids bang for you're buck. Tropical flavour is VERY sweet, almost tart. It's still a nice taste, and goes down easy as an intra supp. Nice and smooth, no gritty bits. Goes Well With:Plain ol' water.

5Got this two weeks ago now, people suggested it doesn't mix well with water which is semi correct. What I found best is the place the powder into a sports bottle and shake it for about 30 seconds and all will dissolve nicely. Goes Well With:Water

4Branched Chain Amino Acids falls into one of five products that every exerciser in the stages of preparations should use, I currently use 5-7 times per day 5 grams after meals together with L-glutamine and the action is excellent muscle inflammation are significantly reduced, dissolution in water approximately 10 minutes but it is normal for every true and pure branched chain amino acids!Goes Well With:l-glutamine, whey, alpha man, kreatine

Impact Whey, simply good
5Not bothered about taste providing its drinkable with milk or water, or mixable with oats. Its all of these, using unflavoured as it saves money. Cannot see why so many are so hung up on taste - MAN-UP guys or is it GIRL-UP for the ladies!. Should concerned as to how effective it is, it has to be the best value there is for a high a quality protein. Have used other premium brands which have been OK, but no better or inferior at 2 or 3 times the price. Use it with MP Creatine Mono (powder), and have virtually eliminated sore joints (I am 64, training partners are in their 20s), so can now train really hard without fear of injury, making consistent but lasting gains. Just a great product. Goes Well With:Creatine Mono

4Never had a problem with mixing so don't know what the complaints are about. Taste (tropical) took some getting used to but it's fine now! I like to use it as an intra-workout drink. Can't get the taste out if my shaker cup though which isn't good.Goes Well With:Water
