A fantastic product for anyone looking to increase power, explosiveness and strength. It mixes easy and is immediately noticeable. I like to take mine 20-30 minutes before my a.m workout and the same with my p.m workout. It takes 3-4 days to completely saturate your body, but when it does it is incredibly beneficial; my bench press 3RM went from 110kg to 117.5kg after just two weeks of using this product and my power clean 1RM went from 100kg to 105kg in the same amount of time. This product lets the gains do the talking and it is incredibly good value for money. I would however suggest buying it in bulk to save that extra bit of money. Goes Well With:Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and Beta Alanine
I use higher dosage of 6.5g Citrulline in pre-workout stack (mixed with 3.5g Beta Alinine, 2g AAKG, 1g Lysine, 5g BCAA, 40g hydro whey) 45 miinutes before workout. It seems more effective than AAKG as I can use higher dose without stomach upset. The taste is toxic; overpowering acidic like drinking car battery fluid when it is mixed with pre-workout stack. So I bought a capsule machine and put them in 00 size capsules (0.65g per capsule) and pop 10 capsules before workout. It definitely gives me massive pump, better stamina and less fatigue in metabolic interval training. I am sure it is not plecebo effects as it or other pre-workout ingradients consistently raise my training intensity . I don't use it any other time than pre-workout so i have no idea if it would encorage more blood flow to my manhood.
I take this for the arginine it turns into in the body, it's the 2:1 stuff I was recommended to get and is the best way to boost arginine levels as it's much better absorbed as 2:1 malate than arginine itself. I find it really easy to take. It's got a sweet, slightly sour taste so can take it with water or anything. I don't even bother measuring, just take about a scoop which I know yields about 3g.Goes Well With:Anything
This is the first time I use citrulline. To be honest, it was extremely sour, oh my gosh, therefore i mix it with watermelon creatine. I can feel the effectiveness of citrulline in the gym. I get better pump, have more energy and can do more reps. I will continue to buy this.Goes Well With:Creatine
Mixes well. Taste is a bit sour, but not an issue as I mix it with a scoop of whey protein which masks it. As a rower I do a high volume of both endurance and weight training and the mix of citrulline malate and beta alanine is proving very effective pre workout.Goes Well With:Water, beta alanine and whey protein.
very good for pumping, very nice pre workout with only 3 grams
Been using citrulinne malate for over a month now, really helps me in the gym with energy and strength and gives me a good pump, taste is not brilliant but not disgusting tastes like haribo tangy fangs Brilliant value for money (250g bag) one thing I don’t get is to get 2gramms you need 7 and a half mini scoops!! Which is a pain why not just add a 2 gram scoop??? Anyways all good Bob :) Goes Well With:Water, bcaa
Yet to finish my cycling of this stuff so yet to establish whether it's any good. I can vouch it's more bitter than a winter in Siberia. I gave it a good rating of effectiveness as it's mentioned to be like creatine and beta alnine when it comes to working - sure thing apparently. If I don't get any good results with it I'll rewrite my comments... Goes Well With:Anything that will mask its taste!
Works very well, can go longer without muscle fatigue and when lifting creates a bigger pump, with sports it also helps keep off muscle fatigue. The taste takes some getting used i recommend mixing all your nasty tasting suppliments together and knock them back quickly and wash down with water straight away. The tiny red scoop is a pain so i use 2 rounded teaspoons

I've got this to make my own pre-workout. I've not been using for long to notice considerable gains yet. I've combined with Beta Alanine and creatine for my pre-workout. It's very Sour but not undrinkable. I added some squash and it was actually quite pleasant. Goes Well With:Beta-alanine Creatine Fruit Juice/Squash
Very effective, I'm quite impressed. At 6g I see better blood flow and quite less fatigue.Very improved cardio performance. The taste is very very sour but Im used to it now.Goes Well With:Beta alanine, creatine
Great Product, the scoop size is a pain Myprotein should supply all products with a scoop size which matches serving otherwise its a pain. I have had to change, citruline malate is very effective and not a lot known especially in endurance arena (This improved my running to fatigue by about 15-20% , after 2 days of supplementing) Well Worth it. (MyProtein Keep Up The Good Work)Goes Well With:ACETYL L CARNITINE
Awesome product for endurance upliftmemt. Will continue its use. Goes Well With:Water
Seems to improve stamina and recovery. A definite boost for workout.Goes Well With:Milk, water
good for all round performance with no side effectsGoes Well With:take it on its own
Been using this for a while mainly for muscle pump and also some control of my blood pressure - great product would highly recommend.
Does what it's supposed to do, well! Isn't supposed to taste good, but when blended with the rest of my stack it isn't noticeable and I do get great pumps when using this.Goes Well With:BCAA's, creatine, Beta alanine
This is a very important part of my daily mix Goes Well With:My other powders
I accept together with Arginine (AAKG) and Citrulline Malate, effect just remarkable, inflates muscles and you isn't tired during training + restoration goes quicker. I drink more than a month and I feel that it is necessary to take a break, probably there is an accustoming.Goes Well With:Water + Arginine (AAKG) + Citrulline Malate
