I use higher dosage of 6.5g Citrulline in pre-workout stack (mixed with 3.5g Beta Alinine, 2g AAKG, 1g Lysine, 5g BCAA, 40g hydro whey) 45 miinutes before workout. It seems more effective than AAKG as I can use higher dose without stomach upset. The taste is toxic; overpowering acidic like drinking car battery fluid when it is mixed with pre-workout stack. So I bought a capsule machine and put them in 00 size capsules (0.65g per capsule) and pop 10 capsules before workout. It definitely gives me massive pump, better stamina and less fatigue in metabolic interval training. I am sure it is not plecebo effects as it or other pre-workout ingradients consistently raise my training intensity . I don't use it any other time than pre-workout so i have no idea if it would encorage more blood flow to my manhood.
A fantastic product for anyone looking to increase power, explosiveness and strength. It mixes easy and is immediately noticeable. I like to take mine 20-30 minutes before my a.m workout and the same with my p.m workout. It takes 3-4 days to completely saturate your body, but when it does it is incredibly beneficial; my bench press 3RM went from 110kg to 117.5kg after just two weeks of using this product and my power clean 1RM went from 100kg to 105kg in the same amount of time. This product lets the gains do the talking and it is incredibly good value for money. I would however suggest buying it in bulk to save that extra bit of money. I take this for the arginine it turns into in the body, it's the 2:1 stuff I was recommended to get and is the best way to boost arginine levels as it's much better absorbed as 2:1 malate than arginine itself. I find it really easy to take. It's got a sweet, slightly sour taste so can take it with water or anything. Yet to finish my cycling of this stuff so yet to establish whether it's any good. I can vouch it's more bitter than a winter in Siberia. I gave it a good rating of effectiveness as it's mentioned to be like creatine and beta alnine when it comes to working - sure thing apparently. The taste takes some getting used i recommend mixing all your nasty tasting suppliments together and knock them back quickly and wash down with water straight away. The tiny red scoop is a pain so i use 2 rounded teaspoons

I've got this to make my own pre-workout. I've not been using for long to notice considerable gains yet. I've combined with Beta Alanine and creatine for my pre-workout.
