"I have been using this for one week now so unable to comment on whether I'm gaining lean mass but I do feel like I've put on some weight around my stomach. I did read in someone else's review that this product can increase fat so going to up my cardio for the next few weeks.\nAs for the taste, really struggled with this for the first few days trying to find the milk/powder ratio that worked for me (water was ruled out after the first attempt). Eventually I have settled on adding 2 scoops to 100ml of skimmed milk, which makes a very thick chocolate shake (I use an electric whisk to mix). I then pour another 100ml of milk into the jug to make sure I get all the shake that's stuck to the sides.\nWill let you know the results once I've finished the bag :)"

This is by far my favourite suppliment. I find the taste much better compared against maximuscles cyclone were i had to add a spoonful of strawberry / chocolate nesquick to make it just about bearable.\nIts really helped me bulk out for the rugby season and its excellent value.\nThanks Myprotein!!

Just finnished my First bag of hurricane which has lasted 3 weeks inwhich i have taken two servings a day including rest days. I have had some pretty good results in a short time with this product inwhich i have added some good lean mass. What i like about it most is that with my job i have very early starts and am normally out the door by 05:30 and dont normally like eating at this time so i have been using hurricane as a meal replacement first thing and then i dont eat till 12 - 1 ish then i have my second shake post workout at around 6ish followed by tea around 19:30 ish. Considering my eating times is not perfect (however putting food on the table is more inportant) i am very impressed with my results. Just recieved my second bag and deffo advise to use if your working pattern limits your diet.

"The protein and creatine mix in this has everything you want to build mass and pickup weight. However if its lean mass you are after this is not the product for you, with almost 10g of dextrose lean mass is unlucky unless you have a VERY high metabolism. I have had good results with it but I do a lot of cardio as per of my plan."

"Forgot to add, smooth chocolate is the best. takes nothing to mix it up and tastes really nice with just water. TIP: if your still not overly keen on the taste. add the 70g to 150ml of water and use a straw. It tastes just like choc milkshake and so easy to drink :)"
