Bored of protein oats? Enter three-step, loaded protein pancakes...

A good breakfast can set you up for a great day, but it’s got to taste great and have macros to help you feel great. These Cookies & Cream Protein Pancakes from Zack Chug (@zack.chug) satisfy both of those requirements, and they look pretty incredible, too.

With a huge 40g of protein and 392 calories, you’ll be left feeling fuelled and energised for the day, and almost certainly will be bragging to your coworkers about your brekkie.Makes 1 serving

Ingredients

Instructions

1.

Add your Protein Pancake Mix, almond milk and chocolate chips to a bowl and mix together.

2.

Heat up a drizzle of oil in a frying pan and ladle the mixture onto the pan when hot. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

3.

Time for toppings. Zack went for whipped cream, melted Chocolate Protein Spread, and a dusting of chocolate sprinkles. Then all that’s left to do is dig in.
