We've started the year off strong by launching our new line of frozen ready meals, now available on the shelves in Iceland and online at Food Warehouse.

That's right, we've taken the hassle out of meal prepping — no more Sunday afternoons spent painstakingly measuring out chicken, rice and veggies — and perfected the art of the ready meal.

What do you need to know?

Get 10 meals plus chicken skewers with the £45 meal bundle. That’s basically two weeks of meal prep taken care of! With 15 delicious protein-packed options to choose from, including Katsu Chicken with Rice, Singapore Style Noodles, and Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese, you’ll never get bored.

To celebrate the launch of the range, we asked Myprotein ambassador Lucy Davis to try it out. As a hybrid athlete, Lucy needs to get plenty of protein from her meals and supplements. So we were excited to hear her thoughts on the ready meals and whether they made her life any easier.

After a 14k run, Lucy was starving, so she dove into the Singapore Noodles. She was shocked to find out that each serving packs a massive 45.9g of protein and only 527 calories. And the best part? It's ready in just 11 minutes.

And she wasn’t disappointed. She said: “That is so delicious. It’s 10 out of 10. Go and get it. Get them all.”

Singapore Noodles

If the nutritionals weren’t right in front of me, I almost wouldn't believe it. 45.9g of protein and just 527 calories. It may sound too good to be true, but it is true.

Saucy egg noodles combined with chicken chunks, char siu pork, vegetables, and a delicious curry-flavoured sauce — a sure way to give your coworkers food envy.

Are there any other options?

While we’ve taken meal-prepping out of your hands, we’ve given you another problem. How on earth are you supposed to choose what to have for lunch when there are so many great options laid out in front of you?

We've got you covered for all three meals of the day, so the last thing you'll have to worry about is cooking a meal. Keep it simple with a Myprotein ready meal.

Take home message

We’ve been taking care of your supplement needs for the best part of 20 years, so it was about time for us to help out in another department. Keep your time should be focused on you, your goals, and how you're going to achieve them. Leave the rest to us.

If she’s not in the kitchen, she’s tucked up with a book for an early night, or you’ll find her in the gym working up a sweat. Afterall, all those carbs require quite the appetite.
