Chia pudding is a nutritional, low carb alternative to rice pudding. With the added milk protein powder this is a delicious post workout snack or evening treat and takes just seconds to make.
You will need:
Almond Milk – 300ml
Sweetener – 1 tbsp
Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp
Chia Seeds- 25g
Myprotein milk protein smooth – 30g – Vanilla
Put all the ingredients in a jar, shake it and leave in the fridge overnight until the next morning when the seeds will have absorbed all the milk.
When it is ready to eat top with mixed super berries.
