This raspberry protein smoothie is easy and quick recipe to make that can provide you with muscle repairing protein and a boost in energy!

 

Ingredients

 

So here’s what you’ll need:

50g of frozen raspberries

50g of frozen blue berries

250ml of skimmed milk

2 table spoon of quark or Greek yogurt

1 scoop of Raspberry Impact Whey Protein

Myprotein Raspberry Flavdrops (optional)

Directions

 

Add all your ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
