Our 10 most autumnal flavours
Our most autumnal flavours are Caramel Sticky Dates, Salted Caramel, our coffee flavours and Cinnamon Swirl, plus a limited-edition Gingerbread bar and a few cosy extras for pancakes and hot drinks.
1. Pumpkin spice latte (make your own)
We don't have a pumpkin spice protein powder in the range right now, but you can make your own in five minutes. Café Latte Impact Whey Protein gives you the coffee base, and pumpkin purée and a pinch of spice do the rest. The recipe is below.
2. Caramel Sticky Dates Impact Whey Protein
If sticky toffee pudding is your autumn comfort food, this is the shake for you. Caramel Sticky Dates Impact Whey Protein brings rich caramel and a sweet, date-like flavour to our everyday whey, with up to 23g of protein per serving. Try it stirred into warm porridge.
3. Salted Caramel
A year-round favourite that really comes into its own when the weather turns. You'll find Salted Caramel in Impact Whey Protein Milkshake for a creamy, milkshake-style shake with 20g of protein per serving, Impact Whey Isolate with up to 26g, and THE Whey with 25g per serving.
4. Café Latte, Mocha and Jimmy's Coffee Caramel
Swap your coffee-shop order for a protein-packed version. Café Latte and Mocha Impact Whey taste like the drinks they're named after, and Jimmy's Coffee Caramel, from our collaboration with Jimmy's Iced Coffee, adds a sweet caramel note. Blend with ice or stir into warm milk.
5. Cinnamon Swirl
Cinnamon is autumn in a single spice. Origin Protein in Cinnamon Swirl delivers 30g of protein per serving, with added creatine, while Origin Cream of Rice in the same flavour makes a quick, warming breakfast with 39g of complex carbohydrates per serving.
6. Limited Edition Gingerbread Layered Protein Bar
Our Layered Protein Bar has six layers of taste and texture, and the limited-edition Gingerbread flavour is a seasonal favourite... so stock up while it's here.
7. Chocolate Brownie and Hotel Chocolat Chocolate Billionaire
Nothing beats a hot chocolate on a cold night. Chocolate Brownie Impact Whey makes a rich base, and our Chocolate Billionaire flavour, created with Hotel Chocolat, takes it up a notch. Use either in our protein hot chocolate recipe.
8. Toffee Crunch
Bonfire toffee in snack form. The Toffee Crunch bar layers crispy soy and rice pieces with gooey caramel, coated in a smooth milk chocolate flavour coating.
9. Maple Sugar-Free Syrup and Butter Biscuit Flavour Drops
For pancake mornings, our Maple Sugar-Free Syrup has zero sugar and less than one calorie per serving, and Butter Biscuit Flavour Drops add a buttery, biscuity hit to porridge, yoghurt or coffee without extra calories.
10. Chocolate Orange Extra Protein Cookie
The unofficial flavour of the colder months. Our Extra Protein Cookie in Chocolate Orange packs 38g of protein into every cookie, and it's made for a cup of tea.

- Hot chocolate: try our protein hot chocolate recipe with Chocolate Brownie or Chocolate Billionaire.
- Baked oats: make our high-protein cinnamon baked oat cake for a warming breakfast.

Frequently asked questions
Does Myprotein sell a pumpkin spice protein powder?
Not right now. You can make your own protein pumpkin spice latte with Café Latte or Vanilla Impact Whey Protein, pumpkin purée and spice, and we'll update this page if a pumpkin spice flavour lands.
Can you put protein powder in hot drinks?
Yes. Mix the powder into a paste with a little cold liquid first, then stir in warm milk or coffee that's off the boil, so it stays smooth instead of clumping.
What's the best Myprotein flavour for hot chocolate?
Chocolate Brownie and Hotel Chocolat Chocolate Billionaire Impact Whey both make a rich protein hot chocolate. Stir a scoop into warm milk using the paste method above.
Is there a Myprotein gingerbread protein bar?
Yes. The Layered Protein Bar comes in a limited-edition Gingerbread flavour, available for a limited time.
