Superfood Snacks | Red Velvet Smoothie Bowl

 

Our Red Velvet Smoothie Bowl is a delicious feast for both the eyes and the stomach.

This sweet and creamy dish is made in less than 5 minutes!


Ingredients

 
7.5g Total Nutri-Reds

10g Organic Cacao Powder

5g Organic Chia Seeds

1 cup Fresh Spinach

30g Strawberries

10g Dried Raisins

25g Cooked Beetroots

100ml Coconut Milk, unsweetened

Handful Mixed Berries

Topping

1 Tbs Natural Yogurt

15g Myprotein Omega Seed Mix


Method

 
1) Take all ingredients and add to the blender and pulse until smooth.

2) Pour into a bowl and dress with natural yogurt, seed mix and berries.

Serve!
