Quick Protein Bites


Looking for a quick bite to grab on the go before the gym? These quick protein bites are so easy to make and require only four ingredients! What’s more- forget baking, there’s no oven required here!




To get going you’ll need three main ingredients (that are probably already in your cupboard):



  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 100 g Myprotein natural peanut butter (using all natural peanut butter means there is no added palm oil or salt and sugars!)
  • 3 Scoops Myprotein Impact Whey
  • 50 ml Water



Step One


With only four ingredients- there’s really nothing to the method!

Combine the oats, protein powder and peanut butter in a bowl.


Step Two


Using the back of a fork, mash the peanut butter into the dry oats and protein powder. Rub the peanut butter in to the dry ingredients using your fingers if necessary.


Step Three


Add 50ml of cold water or milk and mix/ mash into the mixture.


Step Four


Line a deep square tin with greaseproof paper.

Empty the mixture into the tray and pres down using your hands and finger tips.


Quick Protein Bites


Place in the freezer for 10 minutes.


The Eating


Once removed from the freezer chop into small squares and enjoy!
