Our soft sponge is a delicious treat without a ton of excess sugar!
Our version of Bolo De Fubá is simple to make and keeps for 2 to 3 days in the fridge.
100ml Semi-skimmed Milk
FlavDrops – Vanilla flavour
100g Self Raising Flour
5g Baking Powder
2 Whole eggs
1) Pre heat the oven to 180oC.
2) To a mixing bowl add all ingredients and mix together.
Note: You may need to add a little more liquid!
3) Line a loaf tin with baking paper.
4) Pour the can mix into the lined tin.
5) Place in the oven and cook for 15 – 20 minutes
