Ingredients:
– 3 scoops of Myprotein muffin mix
– 1 tbsp Myprotein crunchy peanut butter
– 2 tbsp Coconpure Coconut oil
– 1 Scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Protein – Banana flavour
– 2 scoop Myprotein Instant Oats
– 100ml milk (I used almond)
– 1 banana mashed
– 2 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven 190 degrees (centigrade)
2) If using Myprotein muffin mix follow instructions on the back and combine the rest of the ingredients
3) Bake for 15-17 mins (when a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean)
Can be topped with greek yoghurt mixed with Myprotein Impact Whey Protein – Banana Flavour – and fresh berries or just as good on their own!
