The perfect kind of man. He’s quiet, he’s sweet, and if he gives you any trouble, you can bite his head off!

Ingredients


✓ 100-150ml Milk

✓ 200g Gingerbread Mixture

✓ 40g Melted Coconut Oil


Method


Simply follow these steps to create your festive Christmas Gingerbread treat:

 

#1 Preheat oven to 150-160 (°C) /  300-320 (°F)

#2 Mix 200g of Gingerbread Biscuit Mix in a bowl Add 4-5 tbsp. of milk of your choice

#3 Add 40g melted coconut oil Mix all together until dough forms, adding more milk if needed

#4 Lay additional flour to a surface and roll the dough out using a clean rolling pin

#5 To measure the dough thickness, use a 1 pound coin Cut out biscuits using gingerbread man shape or shape cutter of choice.

#6 Add all to a lined baking tray and cook for 9-12 minutes until golden

#7 Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
