These will quickly become your go-to daily fruit infuser recipes.

Infusing your water with fruit and herbs is a delicious way to stay refreshed and hydrated all day long, without consuming extra refined sugars. It’s also a great way to get extra vitamins and minerals in your drink, so check out 3 of our favourite fruit infuser recipes!

You can try a whole host of combinations for your fruit infuser bottle. We think pairing fruit and herbs together works wonderfully, giving subtle, refreshing flavors without being overpoweringly sweet. And the bonus? No refined sugars!

Tip: Get a second use from your fruits and herbs by adding more water and re-infusing!

Fruit Infuser Recipe 1:

Pear, Cinnamon & Vanilla

Wash and core one ripe pear. Slice it, then add half to your fruit infuser bottle (use the other half for tomorrow’s fruit infusion). Slice one vanilla pod length-ways and scrape out the seeds, then add the seeds and pod to your fruit infuser bottle with a cinnamon stick. Fill the bottle with water and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Fruit Infuser Recipe 2:

Strawberry & Rosemary

Wash and chop 3-4 strawberries. You can remove the stalk if you want to eat the fruit after you’ve finished the infused water. Add the chopped strawberries and 2-3 sprigs of washed rosemary to your fruit infuser bottle, then fill it up with water. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Fruit Infuser Recipe 3:

Watermelon & Mint

Scoop out the flesh of a small slice of watermelon and remove the seeds (you can quite easily pick them out). Chop into chunks and add them to your fruit infuser. Take about 10 mint leaves and place them on the palm of one hand. Use your other hand to slap the leaves to release the volatile oils from the mint, then add them to the fruit infuser. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
