Super Summer Recipe | Superfood Maqui Berry and Coconut Ice Lollies


Brimming with antioxidants, fibre and potassium, Maqui Berry Powder should be your daily superfood go-to! Try making these super easy, superfood lollies for the whole family to enjoy on those hot summer days.

Makes: 6 lollies


Ingredients


✓ 500ml coconut milk (fresh, not tinned)

✓ 20g Myprotein Organic Maqui Berry Powder

✓ 150g frozen blueberries

✓ 2-4 drops Myprotein Vanilla FlavDrops


Method


#1 Blend blueberries and Maqui Berry Powder and pulse until coarsely chopped

#2 In a separate bowl, combine coconut milk and FlavDrops, then stir in the berry mixture

#3 Pour into lolly moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours

#4 Remove from lolly moulds and enjoy super treats this summer!
