A protein packed pudding that’s sweet and delicious with only a few ingredients!

Method

1) Preheat the oven to 150oC.

2) Spray a waffle tray with low cal spray oil.

3) Make the pancake batter following the instruction on the packet.

4) Pour the batter into the waffle tray and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

5) Once cooked remove from the oven and spoon on the protein pudding and enjoy!
