Healthy Dessert Recipes | Creamy Banana Ice-Cream

Probably one of our most simple and delicious recipes yet:  2 ingredients and less 5 minutes to make!

Sprinkle with any choice of topping you fancy – Coco nibs and Cinnamon are used in the image.

Make sure to take full advantage of cheaper bananas just past their sell by date – then peel and store then in a plastic bag in the freezer, ready for when that sweet craving hits!


– 4 frozen Bananas

– 100ml Almond Milk

– Drizzle Myprotein MYSYRUP (Favourite flavour!)

– Topping of your choice


1) Add the frozen bananas to a food processor or Myprotein shaker and use a hand blender – add a drop of milk at a time (you may not need all 100ml.)

2) Continue blending until smooth but stiff.

3) Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle with whatever topping you like!
