  1. Mix all of the ingredients together with a food processor. If the mix is too sloppy, add a little desiccated coconut until firm enough to roll into balls.

  2. Split the mixture into 5 and roll into balls.

  3. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and serve (if the balls are not picking up the coconut, dampen the outsides a little with water).
