Healthy Treats | Gluten-Free Avocado Truffles

 


Truffles are brimming with unhealthy fats, but did you know you can use avocado to make your truffles healthy? Try making these delicious, healthy alternatives to regular sugar and fat-laden chocolate truffles.

Our avocado truffles are smooth, rich in flavour and taste delicious with a coconut crust!


Ingredients:

– 1 Avocado

– 1 Tbsp. Myprotein Impact Whey Protein – Chocolate flavour

– 1 Tsp. Cocoa Powder

– 1 Tbsp. Sweetener

– 3 tbsp. Desiccated coconut

 


Instructions:

1) Mix all ingredients together with a food processor. If the mix is too sloppy, add a little desiccated coconut until firm enough to roll into balls.

2) Split the mixture into 5 and roll into balls.

3) Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and serve (if the balls are not picking up the coconut, dampen the outsides a little with water).
