Our avocado truffles are smooth, rich in flavour and taste delicious with a coconut crust!
– 1 Avocado
– 1 Tsp. Cocoa Powder
– 1 Tbsp. Sweetener
– 3 tbsp. Desiccated coconut
1) Mix all ingredients together with a food processor. If the mix is too sloppy, add a little desiccated coconut until firm enough to roll into balls.
2) Split the mixture into 5 and roll into balls.
3) Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut and serve (if the balls are not picking up the coconut, dampen the outsides a little with water).
