A delicious high protein, low sugar chocolate orange pudding that the whole family can enjoy!

- 400 ml Coconut Milk
- 60 g High Protein Chocolate Orange
- 10 g Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 tsp Gelatin
Method
#1 In a saucepan, heat the milk with the gelatin. Bring to the boil and mix for 2 minutes
#2 Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, cocoa and soy protein
#3 Mix thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
#4 Immediately pour into small pots and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours
