Our deliciously soft coconut protein balls are the perfect sweet treat for when you're trying to maintain a healthy diet. All you'll need are 4 simple ingredients

Ingredients For Our Coconut Protein Balls

Makes: 8 balls

Method

1) Add the protein, oats and 1 tbsp. of desiccated coconut into a food processor and pulse until the mixture has combined

2) A drop at a time add the milk until a dough ball has formed (you may need a little more or less milk to reach the right consistency)

3) Split the dough ball into 8 pieces and roll them into small balls

4) Roll all balls around in the remaining desiccated coconut and place onto a plate

5) Once all balls are made leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to set
