They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it can also be the tastiest! Try these super simple and guilt-free pancakes – the perfect combination for active women.
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 1/2 scoops (50g) Active Women Diet Blend
- 1 scoop (35g) Instant Oats
- 1 whole egg
- 60ml milk of choice
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- Pinch sea salt
1. To make your pancake batter, pop all of the above ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
2. Heat a little oil in a pan and once the pan is nice and hot, pour in some of the batter.
3. When the pancake begins to bubble, flip and cook on the other side. Repeat with the remaining batter.
4. Serve with your favourite toppings. We suggest a little fresh fruit and Greek yoghurt.
