Cashew Butter Raw Protein Bar


This no-bake Cashew Butter Raw Protein Bar is quick and simple taking minutes to make!

Taste buds will certainly be satisfied with creamy cashew flavour and a lovely crunch from the nuts –  a truly delicious snack and costing less than 80 pence per serving! – Great as a post-workout bar!




– 150g Porridge Oats

– 30g Coconut Oil

– 10g Cashew nuts, raw

– 10g Whole Almonds

– 75g Impact Whey Isolate – Vanilla

– 50g Fruit and Nut Mix

– 40g Cashew Butter

– 2 tbsp, Low Calorie Syrup (alterative 15g Sweetener)




1) Mix together the porridge oats, chopped cashew nuts and almonds, dry whey powder, 40g of fruit and nut


2) Next melt the coconut oil and low cal syrup pour into the dry mix and add a table spoon at a time of water until the mixture is firm enough to press into a baking paper lined tray.


3) Once all the mixture is pressed down take small nuggets of cashew butter and dot them around the top of the bar, then sprinkle with the remaining 10g of fruit and nut.


4) Lastly place another piece of greaseproof paper over the top of the bar and weight the whole thing down to compress all ingredients together leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours then it will be ready to slice.


This can be frozen for 3 months or kept in the fridge for 2 weeks
