15-Minute Full-Body HIIT Workout With The Body Coach

High-intensity interval training, also known as HIIT, is my favourite type of workout and is a super-effective training method for burning fat.

One of the great things about HIIT is that you don’t need a gym, or even any equipment. All you really need is some motivation, a workout space, and a timer. As long as you are working as hard as you can, you’ll be burning fat in no time.

This is a great 15-minute HIIT workout with various different moves, working all areas of the body.

15 different moves, working for 45 seconds with only a 15 second rest.

Here’s each move you’ll put to the test in this 15-minute HIIT workout:

  • Sprint on the spot
  • Mountain climbers
  • Squats
  • Press up with thruster
  • Crab toe touches
  • Up/down plank
  • Sprint on the spot
  • Raised knee crunches
  • Slow mountain climbers
  • Reverse lunges
  • Burpees
  • Squat jumps
  • Bicycle crunches
  • Spiderman lunge with T-spine twist
  • Narrow press ups
  • Sprints with burpees
