Craving a chocolate treat? Put down that box of chocolates and pick up that mixing bowl, these tasty truffles will blow you away!

But what’s more… They’re high in protein and made with all healthy ingredients so you can enjoy a sweet treat without compromising your goals.

The one and only Anna Sward from Protein Pow has invented these amazing, easy to make, high protein snacks perfect for those of you who are vegan and vegetarian!





– 30g pea protein


– 20g Truvia


– 13g cocoa powder


– 65g coconut yoghurt


– 35g almond milk


– 15g ground almonds


– 30g dark chocolate





1) Blend all ingredients, except for the dark chocolate, until you get a soft dough


2) Divide this dough into six balls – or truffle


3) Melt your dark chocolate and dip your truffles in it


4) Put the chocolate-coated truffles in the fridge for a couple of hours until the chocolate sets
