Our Healthy Cookie Dough Bites are ideal for popping in your gym bag for a post-workout snack!
– 50g Instant oats
– 2 Tablespoons Cashew butter
– 1 Teaspoon Coconpure Coconut oil
– 1 Tablespoon Organic Cacao Nibs/Sugar free choc-chips
Add Whey Protein, oats, coconut oil and cashew butter into a blender.
Blend until a dough ball has formed.
Remove from the blender and press flat, then sprinkle Cacao Nibs over the top.
Break of pieces and roll into balls, topping them with more Cacao Nibs (optional – add additional macros)
