This quick and simple paleo mousse is silky smooth on the palate and contains zero refined sugar. Avocado makes a great mousse and is brimming with healthy fats. We promise you won’t be able to taste any avocado!

1.5 tbsp. Organic Cacao Powder
1/2 orange (zest)
100ml canned coconut milk
1) Remove the avocado from its skin and place into a blender.
2) Open the can of coconut milk and pour out the watery liquid (you can save this for other recipes if you like – it’s packed with nutrients!). Add the thick coconut cream and add to the blender.
3) Add the cacao powder and orange zest.
4) Blend until you get a thick, smooth paste then pour into a glass and refrigerate until you’re ready to consume.
This mousse will last in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
