Healthy Dessert Recipe | Protein Banana Split

 

Everyone loves a dessert and ice cream is a must! Our delicous Protein Banana Split is delicious and perfect for sharing.
A few simple swaps keep calories and sugar content to a minimum!

MACROS PER SERVING (INGREDIENTS SERVE 2)

Calories: 236          Protein: 21g          Fat: 9g          Carbs: 20g          Sugar: 12g      


Ingredients

 
2 Scoops Protein Ice Cream Mix – Banana flavour

15g Organic Peanut Butter

5g Organic Cacao Nibs

1 Medium Banana

250ml Coconut Milk

20g Low Fat Natural Yogurt

Ground Cinnamon for dusting

1-2 Handfuls of Ice


Method

 
1) To a food processor or blender add a handful of ice, 2 scoops of protein ice cream mix and coconut milk and blend until smooth.

2) Pour into a bowl and place in freezer until frozen.

3) Peel the banana and slice in half, dusting with cinnamon.

4) Spoon on the Organic Peanut Butter, natural yogurt and ice cream and dust with cinnamon.

5) Sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.
