Everyone loves a dessert and ice cream is a must! Our delicous Protein Banana Split is delicious and perfect for sharing.
A few simple swaps keep calories and sugar content to a minimum!

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Protein Ice Cream Mix Banana flavour
  • 15 g Organic Peanut Butter
  • 5 g Organic Cacao Nibs
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 250 ml Coconut Milk
  • 20 g Low Fat Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Ground Cinnamon for dusting
  • 1-2 Handfuls of Ice

Method

1) To a food processor or blender add a handful of ice, 2 scoops of protein ice cream mix and coconut milk and blend until smooth.

2) Pour into a bowl and place in freezer until frozen.

3) Peel the banana and slice in half, dusting with cinnamon.

4) Spoon on the Organic Peanut Butter, natural yogurt and ice cream and dust with cinnamon.

5) Sprinkle with cacao nibs and serve.
