Healthy Breakfast Ideas | Homemade Muesli Recipe

 

This breakfast can be made in bulk and is an ideal pre-workout cereal!


Ingredients:

 
– 2 cups Myprotein Rolled Oats

– 1 cup Myprotein Almonds

– 1 cup Myprotein Walnuts

– ½ cup Myprotein Omega seed mix

– 2 cups Mixed dried fruit

– ½ cup Chia Seed

– ½ cup Coco Nibs


Instructions:

 
1) Put all ingredients into a bowl mix thoroughly.

2) Store in an air tight container for up to 3 months!
