Ginger Protein Balls Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need to make festive treats in just 5 minutes!
50g of all natural Myprotein peanut butter
75g of Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
100g of rolled oats
3 scoops of vanilla Stevia impact whey protein
1 tablespoon of honey
10g of chopped crystallised ginger
Combine ginger, cinnamon, oats, protein powder and chopped ginger.
Mash 50g of peanut butter into the dry mix, followed by 15g of honey and finally 75g of Greek yogurt.
Stir the mixture well, once combined, roll the mix into small dough balls.
And that’s it!
This mix makes about 10 Ginger protein balls.
