Do You Have A Story To Tell? | We Need You!

We need you!

You may be used to seeing our incredible athletes and ambassadors on our social feeds, but now it’s time for you to step into the spotlight.

We want to tell your story and show how you work training & nutrition into your everyday life to overcome challenges and smash your goals — whatever they may be.

Our plan is to feature you in a YouTube video that shows how you fit training and nutrition in around all the other aspect of your life. Maybe you work 12-hour shifts in a hospital but still manage to squeeze in a leg session, or you could be a busy mum who fits in a run before the kids are awake.

It doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, what you do, or where you are on your fitness journey. We want people from all abilities and backgrounds.

You need to be available for 1 day of filming during November or early December — you will be compensated for your time!


Sound like something you want to get involved in?

All you have to do is film a short video clip — around 1-minute long — to tell us your story and then send it to along with your location and availability.

If you can’t send a video clip, then please write us a quick summary of yourself in around 500 words instead.

Lauren is an English Literature graduate originally from the South. She’s always loved swimming, has discovered the power of weight training over the past few years, and has lots of room for improvement in her weekly hot yoga class.

On the weekends she’s usually cooking or eating some kind of brunch, and she enjoys trying out new recipes with her housemates – especially since shaking off student habits, like mainly surviving off pasta. Above all, she’s a firm believer in keeping a balance between the gym and gin.
