These Quick Snack Wraps are ideal for that mid-afternoon hunger hit!

MACROS PER WRAP (MAKES 3)

Calories: 90         Protein: 3g          Fat: 4g          Carbs: 4g          Sugar: 1g      


Ingredients

 
25g Peanut Butter

3 Slices of meat

6 Asparagus spears

2 Cups of spinach


Method

 
1) Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 3 minutes

2) Lay your sliced meat on a plate and spread each piece with ½ tsp of peanut butter

3) Lay on 2 asparagus spears per meat slice and add a handful of spinach

4) Then roll into a wrap.
