Chocolate Truffle Recipe | Chocolate, Coffee & Hazelnut

Recent articles state that chocolate is actually good for you! Well, not all chocolate.

However, OUR Chocolate truffles are amazingly low in calories!!

Beat that!

Ingredients

  • 200 g Ground Almonds
  • 12 Pitted Dates
  • 25 g Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1 Cup Ground Coffee Beans
  • handful Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1.

Mix the ground hazelnuts and dates together to form a crushed puree.

2.

Then add all the other ingredients.

3.

The paste should be thick and smooth, if it is too dry add a little water, if too wet add cocoa powder.

4.

Roll in to small balls and then roll into cocoa powder to coat.

5.

Enjoy, Repeat!
