Chocolate Truffle Recipe | Chocolate, Coffee & Hazelnut


Recent articles state that chocolate is actually good for you! Well, not all chocolate.

However, OUR Chocolate truffles are amazingly low in calories!!

Beat that!


Ingredients


?200g Ground Hazelnuts

? 12 Pitted Dates

? 25g Organic Cacao Powder

? Ground Coffee Beans (Cup)

?Chocolate Chips


Method


1) Mix the ground hazelnuts and dates together to form a crushed puree.

2) Then add all the other ingredients

3) The paste should be thick and smooth, if it is too dry add a little water, if too wet add cocoa powder.

4) Roll in to small balls and then roll into cocoa powder to coat.

5) Enjoy, Repeat!
