? 400ml Coconut Milk
? 10g Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate
? 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder
? 1/2 Tsp. Gelatin
#1 In a saucepan, heat the milk with the gelatin. Bring to the boil and mix for 2 minutes
#2 Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, cocoa and soy protein
#3 Mix thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth
#4 Immediately pour into small pots and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours
