Chocolate Orange Pudding | High Protein Dessert


A delicious high protein, low sugar chocolate orange pudding that the whole family can enjoy!

Indulge your sweet tooth without the guilt. It’s simple, easy and utterly mouth-watering.


Ingredients


✓ 400ml Coconut Milk

✓ 60g High Protein Chocolate Orange

✓ 10g Vanilla Soy Protein Isolate

✓ 1 Tbsp. Cocoa Powder

✓ 1/2 Tsp. Gelatin


Method


#1 In a saucepan, heat the milk with the gelatin. Bring to the boil and mix for 2 minutes

#2 Remove from the heat and add the chocolate, cocoa and soy protein

#3 Mix thoroughly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth

#4 Immediately pour into small pots and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours
