Chocolate Cherry Chia Seed Pudding
Easy to make, but oh-so-tasty.
This chia seed pudding is a healthy dessert which can be prepped ahead of time. Or, you can try eating it for breakfast on days when you want something a little more special…if you have any leftover!
If you’re vegan, make sure your protein powder is a vegan blend, and substitute your favourite plant-based milk (almond usually works well). If you’d like to take things up a notch, use Manuka honey rather than regular honey. It’s highly antibacterial, so it will help you fight off winter infections and you can use any leftovers for face and hair masks.

Ingredients
- 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1 Cup Pitted Cherries
- 1 Cup Milk
- 3 tbsp. Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp. Honey
Method
Process milk, protein powder, honey, and half of the cherries in a blender until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add the remaining cherries and chia seeds.
Cover and allow to set overnight in the refrigerator.
