5Very simple ingredients but work Amazing and great dosages. Mixes like a saint. For first time users 1 Scoop is 100% all you need and when you get used to it use the recommended 2 scoops!Goes Well With:Water

One of the essentials
5This pre workout has worked wonders in the gym. Just taking this 30 minutes before the gym has completely improved my experience. I feel energised right until the end of the session and I find my self having enough energy to push past my limits. It also tastes nice, it is a little bit sour but if you’re not a fan of sour beverages it does grow on you and become barely noticeable. This is another amazing product from MyProtein and would seriously recommend purchasing this. Goes Well With:I mix it with water, 300ml as according to the instructions on the pre workouts packaging and 2 scoops which is also recommend by pre workout.

Good quality and more effective
5The product is extremely good quality and it requires less than the recommended dose to achieve the desired effect. I'll recommend this to my friends and acquaintances who are planning to buy a good quality preworkout.

5Can feel its effect shortly after and gets me in a zone state that can be maintained even after its effect wears off a while after working out for further productivity after the morning workout for the day.Goes Well With:Fasted morning workouts.

Does the Job
3Bought this as the usual pre workout blend wasn’t available, I chose the strawberry laces flavour, taste isn’t great. It says to use 2 scoops which is 300mg of caffeine and for me that’s too much so I stick to one scoop. Still gives me the energy I need to complete my workout however. Overall, Okay.

Super tasty sour apple flavour
4Best flavour i've found from Myprotein products, sour apple is 10/10. I've just been taking 1 scoop to start and it does give me an intial boost but it does wear off, might try the double scoop. No tingly-ness or itchiness for me! Would definitely recommend this product to newbies, this is the firs pre-workout i've tried and I wouldnt shop elsewhere.

Basically Rocket Fuel
5This is very strong preworkout, if you are sensitive to caffeine I would not recommend. Initially started with the recommended 2 scoops and BOY does it give you a kick, as 300mg of caffeine would (same as 2x Monster/Rockstar/Red Bull 500ml) with a great pump too. I have brought it down to 1 scoop, because while the workout would be good, my anxiety would go crazy, heart rate crazy and would give me shakes for a fair bit of the day. They have a new non stim version of this, so I may try 1 scoop of each which I think would be a perfect balance of pump/stim, with an additional stim scoop for a PR day maybe (but not when working after!) Taste is meh, and it doesn't seem to mix very well, a couple of my tubs have also clumped up, but it works very well.Goes Well With:Water/Juice

5We have tried many pre-workouts and this is the best one. Good value as well. Goes Well With:Unflavoured creatine
