These are amazing
I was always tired. ALWAYS. Despite spending 8+ hrs asleep and taking iron tablets I would still spend the day yawning and would rely on fizzy drinks to keep me awake. After having these I no longer need them! Some days it gives me enough energy to get through the day without feeling tired and still get to bed at a decent time. Other days I have so much extra energy people are asking what I’m having! It feels so nice to not be tired all the time! I could not recommend these enough to anyone who struggles to get through the day. Have they turned my pee post-it note yellow? Yes Is it worth it? YESGoes Well With:Life

CONTEST PREP ADDITION
You do not need this if you are in your bulking cycle. However when it is time to bring in the cardio, drop the carbs and train even harder this supplement DOES THE JOB. It will get you through those long days when you are feeling sluggish! Give it a go! Goes Well With:HARD WORK!

I take this just after lunch to help with the afternoon energy slump or sometimes in the morning if im lacking energy. They do what i need them to and would highly recommend them.

Couldn’t recommend them enough I was sceptical at the start but after being on them for a while I decided to stop taking them to see if my energy levels would drop, they did. I haven’t been off them since and feel the effectiveness of them. Recommend on the back of my experience of them.

Wow really sickly and nauseous within minutes of taking 1 tablet. What on earth caused it, I don't know. I've taken b vitamin supplements before but never reacted like this. I had to lie down in a dark room for an hour! Goes Well With:Just don't.

Easy to swallow although they are on the bigger side. I was just looking for something to help improve my eye health and these are perfect especially because they are also vegan :) highly recommend
