5Love these , I have always been bad at growing my nails and these have made a big difference to my nails and skin , currently into my second bottle Goes Well With:Take as they are , or I empty my capsules into my porridge or shake .

5Since taking these my skins looks and feels firmer. Skin glows. And I been told my doctors that it can help with elasticity with internal organs. Great product that I cannot do without. Goes Well With:Take with vitamin D,C magnesium and b vitamins

4well I've been searching for some supplement to do a lot for me for a long time! I think MyProtein's Coconut and Collagen Capsules are the one. I have experienced a lot of good things using them for a while; my skin has gone better, it looks fresh and my scars are mostly gone and if i get a new acne scar it goes away way faster than before, my nails grow faster and I haven't break any of my nails in a long time! and I've been having better digestion I think because of these. The mix of collagen, coconut oil and vitamin C I love it!Goes Well With:It goes well with magnesium! I've been taking both of them after my workouts. no more soreness the next day!
