Back To The Gym | First Post-Lockdown Workout With Mark Ross & Jess Layla

Since gyms reopened at the end of July, fitness enthusiasts all over the country seem to have been split into two camps — those who were ready and raring to go the second they were allowed, and those who are still in no rush to go back.

There are a whole host of reasons why you might not feel comfortable returning to the gym at the moment — and that’s absolutely fine. With so many incredible home workouts out there, you can still have a killer training session without ever having to leave your living room.

If you are considering going back to your gym in the near future though, we thought it might be helpful to see exactly what that could look and feel like, so we asked fitness power couple, Mark Ross and Jess Layla, to film their experience.

If you’re anything like us, seeing their joy to be reunited with a cable machine will probably have you itching to get in there yourself to smash out a back session…

If you’re still not totally convinced, check out this article with all our tips on how to stay safe and comfortable when going back to the gym.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t really matter where you’re choosing to tackle your workouts. The simple fact that you’re doing them is what counts.

Go get those goals.
